Supa’s analytics dashboards give managers a live view of what’s happening across every location — from audit scores and checklist compliance to training progress and open incidents. This page explains the available dashboards, how to filter and drill down into data, and how to set up automated reports.

Available dashboards

View average checklist scores per checklist, per location, and across any date range. Click any score to drill down to the individual submission, see question-level answers, and view attached photos.Use this dashboard to:
  • Identify locations consistently scoring below threshold
  • Compare performance across locations for the same checklist
  • Review submission photos without leaving the dashboard

Filtering and drill-down

Every dashboard in Supa supports the same set of filters:
  • Date range — select any custom range or use presets (today, this week, this month, last 30 days)
  • Location — filter to one or more specific stores or sites
  • Department — narrow results to a specific team or role
  • Team member — drill down to an individual worker’s records
Click any metric, bar, or row to open the underlying records. From an individual record you can view submission details, photos, timestamps, and the full audit trail.

Exporting data

From any dashboard, click Export to download the current filtered view as a CSV or PDF. Use exports for:
  • Weekly or monthly compliance reports shared with stakeholders
  • Audit documentation required by regulatory bodies
  • Analysis in external tools like Excel or Google Sheets

Scheduled reports

Set up automated email reports so the right data reaches the right people without manual effort:
  1. Open any dashboard and apply your desired filters.
  2. Click Schedule Report.
  3. Choose the delivery frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
  4. Add the email recipients.
  5. Save — Supa sends the report automatically on schedule.

Mobile analytics

Managers can view key metrics directly from the Supa mobile app without needing to open the web dashboard. The mobile view surfaces top-level scores, compliance rates, and open issue counts for the locations you manage.
Analytics data updates in real time. Checklist submissions, task completions, and issue reports appear in dashboards within seconds of being submitted from the field.
