Supa AI is built directly into the platform — there’s no separate subscription, no third-party integration to configure, and no prompt engineering required. You describe what you need in plain language and Supa produces a complete, editable result. This page covers each AI capability and how to use it.

Capabilities

Describe the checklist you need in plain language and Supa AI generates a full set of relevant questions with appropriate question types. For example, typing “daily opening checklist for a coffee shop” produces a structured checklist covering equipment startup, food prep areas, display setup, and safety checks — ready to review and publish in minutes.
Upload a PDF or SOP document, or paste text directly into the editor. Supa AI reads the content, structures it into modules, writes lesson text, and generates quiz questions to test comprehension. Courses that previously required days of instructional design are ready to review in minutes.
Ask questions about any document you’ve uploaded to Supa in plain language. Instead of searching through a 50-page manual, ask “What is the procedure for handling a food spill?” and get a direct answer with the relevant section cited.
Translate any checklist, training course, or announcement into 15 languages including Vietnamese, English, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, and more. Each team member sees content in their preferred language automatically — there’s no separate version to maintain for each language.
When you open an existing checklist, Supa AI can analyze it and suggest improvements based on industry best practices. This is useful for checklists that haven’t been updated in a while or were created without a formal review process.

Generating a checklist with AI

Open Checklists

Log in to the Supa web dashboard and navigate to Checklists.

Create a new checklist

Click New Checklist.

Generate with AI

Click Generate with AI and describe the checklist in plain language. Be as specific or general as you like — Supa handles both.

Review and edit

Supa generates a full checklist with question types, ordering, and suggested scoring. Edit any question, reorder items, or delete anything that doesn’t apply to your operation.

Publish

Click Publish. Your team sees the checklist in the mobile app immediately.

Building a training course from a document

Open Training

Navigate to Training in the Supa web dashboard and click New Course.

Upload your document or paste text

Upload a PDF, Word document, or paste SOP text directly into the AI input field.

Generate the course

Click Generate. Supa AI structures the content into modules, writes lesson text, and creates quiz questions.

Review each module

Read through each module and quiz. Edit content, adjust question difficulty, or add supplementary material like images or video.

Assign and publish

Assign the course to your team and publish. Workers complete it in the mobile app.

Translating content

Open the content to translate

Open any checklist, course, or Heads Up announcement.

Click Translate

Select Translate from the settings menu.

Select target languages

Choose one or more of the 15 supported languages.

Save and publish

Supa AI translates all content. Each team member automatically sees the version in their preferred language — no duplicate content management required.
AI-generated content is always editable. Review checklists, course modules, and translations before publishing, particularly for safety-critical or regulatory content.
