# Supa FAQ: Answers to Common Setup and Usage Questions

## Getting started

    Yes. Supa has mobile apps for iOS (iPhone) and Android. Frontline team members download the Supa app from the App Store or Google Play and log in with the credentials you set for them.

      Frontline workers only need the mobile app to complete their tasks and checklists — they don't need access to the web dashboard.

    From the web dashboard, go to **Team** → **Invite Members**. Enter email addresses or phone numbers. Invited staff receive a link to download the app and set up their account.

## Checklists & audits

  <Accordion title="Can I require photo proof on specific checklist steps?">
    Yes. When building a checklist, enable **Require Photo** on any question. Workers must take a live photo using their phone's camera — photos from the camera roll are rejected automatically.

  <Accordion title="How does GPS verification work?">
    When GPS verification is enabled on a checklist, Supa records the worker's location when they submit. If the worker is outside the allowed radius for a location, the submission is flagged for review.

  <Accordion title="Can I schedule checklists to repeat automatically?">
    Yes. Set a checklist to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule. The checklist appears in the assigned workers' app at the correct time automatically — no manual reassignment needed.

## Team management

    Custom roles can be configured for your organization if you need more granular permissions.

    Admins and Managers with multi-location access can view data from all their assigned locations. You can also restrict managers so they only see data for their own location — useful for organizations where location managers should not have visibility into other sites.

## Billing & account

    Your trial includes full access to all Supa features. Before it ends, the Supa team will contact you to discuss a plan. Your data is preserved regardless — nothing is deleted when the trial period closes.

    Yes. Supa uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. GPS records and photo data are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized members of your organization.
